About Karen Wright

Karen started her career as a registered nurse and soon became interested in nutrition, because as a Lap Band patient from 2003, there wasn't as much known about nutrition as we know now for bariatric patients. After losing over 100lbs she became extremely interested in nutrition and got her MPH in Nutrition and Registered Dietitian degrees at Loma Linda University.
